Our farm sits on 11 acres of farmland in Italy, Texas. We're just three easy minutes away from I-35 E, only a few miles south of Waxahachie and halfway between Dallas and Waco.  After ten years of leasing farmland and growing organically, we bought our own farm in the early Spring of 2015.

From the beginning,our inspiration to farm in the natural way came from the desire to grow food that delivers the most flavor and nutrition, foregoing the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers.

We grow many different varieties of vegetables throughout the year for sale to restaurants and chefs, as well as to the public at farmers markets.  We just completed construction of a certified farm  kitchen where we will use our veggies and other natural products to craft our salsas, sauces, and other farm-fresh goodies.

Our desire is to make Happy Trails Farm a place where food reconnects with nature in the interests of healthy living and good eating.
